Privacy Policy

AI Sales Brain (the “App”, available at brain.wiin.agency) is an internal CRM operated by wiin.agency for the agency’s own sales team. This policy explains what data the App accesses, why, and how it is protected.

Who this App is for

The App is intended only for approved members of the wiin.agency team. Access is gated by an email allow-list; accounts that are not on the list cannot sign in.

Information we access

• Google account profile (name, email address, profile picture) — to identify you and create your account in the App.
• Google Calendar (calendar.events and calendar.readonly) — only to create, read and remove calendar events that you explicitly subscribe to. When you subscribe to a scheduled call, the App adds that event to your own calendar; when you unsubscribe, it removes it. The App does not read or analyse your other calendar events beyond what is required to manage these call events.

How we use the information

• To authenticate you and maintain your session.
• To add, update and remove call events in your calendar at your request (the call subscription feature).
• To operate core CRM features for the agency team.

We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers strictly required to run the App.

Limited Use disclosure

AI Sales Brain’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention & storage

Account and CRM data are stored on infrastructure operated by the agency (Hetzner, EU). Google OAuth tokens are stored to keep your session and calendar integration working and are removed when you disconnect or your account is deactivated. You can request deletion of your data at any time using the contact below.

Security

Access is restricted to authenticated, allow-listed team members. Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on access-controlled servers.
