AI Sales Brain (the “App”, at brain.wiin.agency) is an internal tool operated by wiin.agency for its own sales team. By signing in you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
The App is available only to approved members of the wiin.agency team whose email is on the access allow-list. It is not a public or consumer service.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the App only for legitimate agency work, not to misuse the integrations (Google, Telegram, Zoom, AmoCRM), and not to attempt to access data you are not authorised to see.
Integrations
The App connects to third-party services you authorise (e.g. Google Calendar) to provide its features. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect an integration at any time from Settings.
Data
Handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” for internal use, without warranties. wiin.agency is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use.
